1. What is The Crafterparty?

The Crafterparty is a unique mobile crafting experience that brings fun and creativity directly to your location. We cater to adults and specialize in crafting activities that blend a festive atmosphere with the joy of making something by hand. Whether it’s a private party, a corporate event, or a community gathering, we ensure every creation deserves a celebration.

2. How does The Crafterparty work?

Simply book us for your event, and we will handle the rest. We travel to your venue with all the necessary crafting materials. Our experienced MCs (Master of Crafter-monies) will guide your group through the crafting process, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for everyone. For Public Events please go to our calendar to locate your event and purchase tickets online.

3. What types of events are suitable for The Crafterparty?

The Crafterparty is perfect for a wide range of events including corporate team-building, private parties, experiential events, workshops, retreats, and more. We provide a memorable crafting experience that enhances any gathering. We currently only cater to adults for our events.

4. What craft projects can we choose from?

We offer an array of craft projects suitable for various interests and skill levels. From custom home decor to vision boards to personalized embroidery, there's something for everyone. We regularly update our project list to include seasonal items and trending crafts.

5. Do participants need to have any crafting experience?

Not at all! Our crafts are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned crafters. Our MCs provide step-by-step instructions and are there to assist you throughout the event.

6. How long does a crafting session last?

Typically, a crafting session lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the complexity of the craft and the pace of the participants. We can adjust the duration to better fit your event schedule. We also provide shorter “Happy Hour“ parties as well.

7. How much does it cost to hire The Crafterparty?

Pricing depends on the number of participants, the type of craft selected, and the location of your event. Please contact us info@thecrafterparty.com with details of your event for a personalized quote.

8. How far in advance should we book The Crafterparty?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially for larger events or during busy seasons. A minimum of two weeks' notice is typically required, but don’t hesitate to reach out for last-minute bookings—we'll do our best to accommodate you.

9. Do I need to provide anything?

Yes, we need some basic things. We do not supply tables and chairs, We need a sink for water (glass etching), garbage bins, basic lighting and electricity (woodburning).

We need access to the venue at least an 1.5 hours beforehand and 1 hour after the event. Bring great vibes and an open mind!
